The Virginia Supreme Court has decided that the state’s anti-spam law is unconstitutional and freed a man once considered one of the world’s most prolific spammers. Google Inc has bought Korean blogging software developer Tatter and Company, the two companies said on Friday. The companies did not disclose how much Google paid for the acquisition.
